Warranty FAQ's
All Barkers Rocks products are covered under our lifetime warranty.
Should your products be found defective, unable to use or tampered via a manufacturing floor, your product will be covered by our warranty coverage.
Please either reach out to our support team to see what is or isn't covered under our warranty or view the limitation of liability below.
Normal wear, tear, misuse, abuse, alteration are not covered.
Only products that are purchase directly from our website or certified retailers will be covered under our warranty. If your product has been re-sold via a 3rd party entity, this will not be covered under our warranty.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAWS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARKERS ROCKS’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. BARKERS ROCKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, BARKERS ROCKS MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES BEYOND THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
THE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER.
IF A PRODUCT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, BARKERS ROCKS WILL, AT ITS DISCRETION:
- REPAIR THE PRODUCT, OR
- REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT ITEM.
IF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE, BARKERS ROCKS MAY INSTEAD PROVIDE A REFUND EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, BARKERS ROCKS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
